Elixiter Hires Six New Staff Members

Elixiter, Inc., recently hired six new staff members to support the expanding business and client base. Tim Dotson joined the Elixiter team in May and Charles Hawkins, Jackie Johnson, Courtney Jones, Barbara Kohring, and Eric Gefell joined in June.

“We are excited to announce our new additions to the Elixiter team,” said Andrew Hull, President and Founder. “We have employees representing Montana State University, the University of Montana, and now, our first Carroll College hire. Our new employees fall right in line with our commitment to hiring Montana graduates and natives; many of whom left the area for college and returned with the goal of securing high growth careers like those offered by Elixiter.”

Dotson has spent almost a decade in Bozeman working in software development, business analytics, and system integration. He holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.

Hawkins has a wide set of experience and skills with marketing technologies on the both business and technical sides. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies across many different verticals, providing technical support and solutions consulting to meet complex business needs. He loves to tackle challenges others might pass over as too difficult or not worth the risk. Hawkins holds a b.s. in marketing from Montana State University.

Johnson is a team player with a passion for marketing consulting and customer service. Graduating from Montana State University in the spring of 2015 with a b.s. in business management. She strives to solve other’s problems and has done this with clients by executing marketing and business plans, establishing social media marketing and developing brand awareness. Johnson has a constant desire to learn, serve and engage her clients beyond expectations.

Jones, a Bozeman native, enjoys working with clients to help solve complex problems and to execute marketing strategies. She graduated from Carroll College in 2013, and has held positions at Fox News in New York City, a resort in Belize, and as the Public Relations Manager for a Marriott and Hilton property. Jones has degrees in public relations and communications with minors in marketing and television production.

Kohring is a driven marketing professional with experience in advertising, branding, strategy and market research. She is passionate about helping her clients solve problems and enjoys the challenges of marketing strategy. Barbara graduated from Montana State University with a degree in marketing and a minor in entrepreneurship and small business management.

Gefell is a recent graduate of MSU. He majored in business management with a minor in entrepreneurship. Gefell has experience with customer service, email marketing, and social media management. He joins Elixiter as an associate consultant.
