Let’s face it: designing emails is a daunting task, especially if you are designing each email from scratch.

Starting from scratch is time-consuming and can result in inconsistencies. If you are designing emails on a regular basis, then chances are, you are always looking for ways to improve productivity and turnaround. One way to improve your daily output would be to take a look at how you structure your workflow.

Brian Graves, who is a Kansas City-based UI Designer, recently posted an excellent article on Smashing Magazine in which he explains how to adopt modular design into your workflow and how it can greatly improve the quality and consistency of your emails.
