October 21, 2014, Bozeman, MT – Morgan Rangel, director of client services at Elixiter, Inc., is nominated for a 2014 ATHENA Leadership Award®. The ATHENA Leadership Award® is presented to a woman who is honored for professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills. Recognized for her community leadership, volunteer and professional accomplishments, Rangel is an impressive candidate at 26 years of age. Rangel’s contributions to the community are in line with the leadership she demonstrates professionally. Not only does she contribute individually to the community but she encourages those around her to give as well, making her impact through leadership exponentially more powerful than her individual contribution. Though she has supported over 20 named causes individually her community leadership extends into the professional arena. Rangel has taken personal responsibility in supporting the full potential of each new hire at Elixiter.
